The experience will still take place even if it rains and during spells of cold inclement weather. Please bring water-proof clothing and appropriate footwear with you. In the case of inclement weather and when the trail is still operating, refunds and exchanges are not permitted. If we do cancel due to severe bad weather, ticket holders will be contacted and offered an alternative date or a refund. If the weather presents a risk to safety any decision to cancel the event will be taken as early as possible and usually by 2:00pm. The light trail could be cancelled for the following reasons:
• Ice or Snow
• High Winds
• Fallen trees and or broken branches
• Flooding that significantly impacts underfoot.
If we do cancel due to weather, ALL ticket holders will receive an email from 2:00pm onwards informing them of the cancellation and an outline of the options available. We will also use our social media channels to make announcements of any changes.
